Backup & Disaster Recovery

Backups that are tested, so recovery is a plan, not a hope

Hardware fails, people delete things, and ransomware happens. We make sure your data can come back quickly, and we prove it with regular test restores.

What's Included

Everything handled, start to finish

Server & workstation backup

Image-level backups of servers and critical computers, taken automatically throughout the day.

Every job is checked daily, and failures are fixed by a technician, not ignored.

Rapid recovery options

Critical servers can be brought up from backup while the original hardware is repaired.

A clear process, documented every step

Remote help desk Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm Central, with 24/7 monitoring behind it. When something needs hands on hardware, a technician comes on-site.

  1. Decide what mattersWe agree on which systems are critical and how much downtime and data loss is acceptable.
  2. Deploy backupsLocal and cloud backups are configured with retention that fits your needs and any compliance rules.
  3. Verify continuouslyDaily job checks plus scheduled test restores, with results in your reports.

FAQ

Common questions

We already back up to an external drive. Is that enough?

Usually not. A drive plugged into the same computer can be encrypted by ransomware or lost in a fire. You need an offsite, immutable copy too.

How long does a restore take?

Single files take minutes. A full server depends on its size, but local copies and rapid recovery options keep downtime short.

How long do you keep backups?

Retention is set to your needs, commonly 30 to 90 days for daily backups plus longer monthly copies, and longer where regulations require.

Is Microsoft 365 data really at risk?

Yes. Deleted items are only kept for a limited time, and a compromised account can delete data. A separate backup protects you.
